Meeting to Prepare for the Opening of the 2025 Annual Project Conference August 25, 2025

        On August 25, 2025, the Director of the Center for Scientific Journal Promotion, the Deputy Director, and two Technical Officers—a total of four people, including two women—attended a meeting to prepare for the 2025 Annual Project Conference at the Lao-China Research. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Khamla Inkhawilay, Deputy Director of the Office of Scientific Research and Office Services, and included the participation of 15 office staff members, department heads, center heads, and members of the Office of Scientific Research and Office Services, among whom were seven women.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss preparations for the 2025 Annual Project Conference. Dr. Khamla Inkhawilay assigned Ms. Chanthanom Deanmani, Head of the Department of Scientific Research Project Management, to present the work plan for the conference scheduled for August 26, 2025.

The meeting took place from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. During this time, the committee structure, schedule, and scoring criteria for each project were reviewed. It was confirmed that the project conference would officially open on August 26, 2025. The meeting was conducted in a lively and focused atmosphere, emphasizing scientific research outcomes and ensuring the projects’ readiness reached one hundred percent.
